Production Server Updation Date - 25 April 2025

1. HRIS module
  1. A new employment status "Under Training" has been added, this status is available only for Regular employees. This can be used to map employees who are initially put through an on the job training. On completion of training period the status can be updated as "On Probation" or "Working". This status can be used to create policies and eligibility conditions by the Application Administrator. Training period can be configured in setup and an alert will be sent to the HR Manager on the day the training period gets over. Refer article on HRIS Setup for more details
  2. Document acknowledgement feature has been updated for all system and custom documents available in EazeWork
  3. An option to add a system generated document number is now available. These document numbers can be made using Company Code, Department Code, Office Location Code, Year and a running serial number. Refer to the article on Managing System Documents for more details
2. Attendance and Leave module
  1. A new system defined leave "Short Leave" has been created. This leave is will be available to the employees on a monthly basis and can be taken for only Quarter or Half day (as configured). Leave not taken in a month will not be carried forward to next month. This leave cannot be encashed. Refer article on Short Leave for more details
  2. Formula based leave can be now created for leaves with Prorata accrual method
3. Project module
  1. The option to update Charge Codes in Projects in bulk is now available on Manage Project project. This can be done by Project Managers or Application Administrator. Refer article on Managing Projects for more details
4. Congo payroll
  1. Change in Tax slabs, CAMU Employee / CAMU Employer, TU Employer Contribution with effect from April 2025
