EazeHR provides a free edition with access to following modules -
1.
Human Resource Information System
2. Employee Onboarding and Separations
3. Attendance and Leave Management
4. Payroll and Compliances The free account can be used for upto 20 employees. If you want access to more
modules or add more users you will have to upgrade to a paid account.
Other limitations in a free account
1. Application Administrator role cannot be transferred to another user
2. Only Basic Support is available - all the users can access documents and send
in queries by raising tickets in the Help Center, when you migrate to paid account
you will get access to email support with a maximum 24 hour turnaround time
Account Management
To
manage your free account follow the steps given below
1. Open the menu on the left by clicking on the image next your name. Then click
on "Manage Account". You will be navigated to Manage Account page. From this
page you can -
a) Upgrade to a paid account
b) Cancel / Delete your free account
2. Upgrading to a Paid Edition
3. Deleting your Free account - On this page go to Manage Modules tab and
click on "Cancel Subscription" button at the bottom of the page.
