EazeWork HRMS overview

Welcome to EazeWork’s Human Resource management application. EazeHR is designed to support the HR and Administrative processes of any company. With the help of this application employees and their managers would be able to manage processes covering all aspects from the time an employee joins; their day to day requirements and also the resignation, retirement processes.  These company-wide processes are managed on a day to day basis by providing flexible work-flow, business based configuration, alerts and role based access to the Employees, Managers and Administrator of your company.

With the help of the application all the employees are able to have much better visibility and control on various aspects like Employee Data (HRIS), Leaves, Expense Management, Company Assets, Transfers, Employee On-boarding, Separations, Training, and Performance Management. Critical HR information like Employee Information, Organization Structure, Job Description and Statutory Forms are all also managed and maintained through this application.
