2. Candidate Evaluation - Shortlisting - Reviewing - Screening - Interview process. Once the opening is released the recruiters job is to identify the candidates, arrange for their various reviews / interviews and ensure that the successful candidates are continually tracked
3. Offer generation and post offer tracking : When an offer is to be made the salary breakup and other offer details are approved internally, offer letter can be generated through EazeWork HRMS and emailed to the candidate. Post offer status can be updated till the candidates joins and record is transferred to HRIS
Applicant Tracking System
The centralized ATS is designed to store all the profiles which are received
from various sources. To optimize on the search and loading of ATS pages the
database is divided into two parts
1. Candidate Database : this has all the candidate records of profiles which
have been vetted by the Recruitment team and have been found suitable for current
or future job openings
2. Received Profiles : this has all the profiles which have been received from
external sources and have not been yet vetted by the Recruitment team
There is a limit of 5,000 profiles per Recruiter in this module. The profiles
in both the databases are counted. Profiles which are not relevant can be deleted
from the database.
