Role and Responsibilities of HR Manager

HR Manager is the most important role in EazeWork HRMS and most of the activities are controlled by HR Manager but at the same time there is flexibility to decide at each process level the roles of approvers so if HR Manager is not an approver he will not be involved in the process.

Activities which can be done by HR Manager can be grouped in four broad categories. Details of activities in each category are given below.

1. Onboarding new employees

a) Creation of new users - refer to article Adding users

2. Employee detail management

d) Approving data updates made by employees - Approving employee data changes
e) Accessing records of resigned employees - Accessing resigned employees

3. Attendance and Leave management

4. Employee communications
